Robert williams

My leadership was forged under a helicopter from the Bering Sea to the North Atlantic and Hawaii. From pioneering rescue tactics during Hurricane Katrina to leading the Coast Guard’s most elite rescue units; I have operated where a simple mistake means the difference between life and death. I’ve learned that whether you are pulling a fisherman from the crashing waves or acting as a member of the command (executive) leadership team, excellence is never an accident. It is built on elite preparation and a singular truth: my people are my power.
Today, I bridge the gap between tactical grit and executive strategy. With a degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State and 21 years of operational experience, I help organizations build "unsinkable" cultures. Whether in a storm-tossed ocean or a Fortune 500 boardroom, the principles of calm, command, and connection remain the same.
I don't just teach leadership; I teach the mindset that makes leadership possible when the stakes are highest.
Keola marfil
Ast1 (ret)
With 20 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard, Keola has mastered the art of leadership in environments where there is zero margin for error. From the historic chaos of Hurricane Katrina to high-profile downed aircraft extractions off O‘ahu, Keola’s career has been defined by his ability to strategize and execute complex missions in highly hazardous conditions.
Beyond the helicopter, Keola lead teams of swimmers across the country in Florida, Alaska, Hawai’i, and California. Leading some of the strongest minded individuals in the military, he developed a leadership philosophy rooted in efficiency, balance, and synergy. Now, Keola partners with Robert to offer a unique leadership perspective. They combine an impenetrable defense with a meticulous, well-strategized offense.
Together, they translate the split-second instincts of sea-rescue into a framework for organizational excellence, proving that when your people are your power, success is inevitable.
